One of the fears women face is breast cancer because it is one of the leading causes of death for some women.  Research shows that one out of eight women is diagnosed with breast cancer.

Breast cancer is a disease in which breast cells grow out of your consciousness and thus begin to develop.  It begins to spread to different parts of our breast.

Some say that breast cancer without a guaranteed diet can keep a woman from becoming cancer-free.  But research shows that cancer prevention and the balanced diet are no different.  It would, therefore, be important to reduce foods that can be used in diets that become a cause of risk for breast cancer.

Breast cancer can have signs of it when it is experienced by women.  These are:

1. Having a lump, hard knot or thickening
2. Swelling, hot and redness or darkening
3. Changing the shape and size of the breast
4. Skin wrinkles
5. Itching and the presence of hives or vapors
part of the nipple
6. Pull your nipple and the other side of it
breast
7. Nipple removal starts suddenly
8. New pain is felt somewhere
could not be removed.

Here are some foods to prevent Breast Cancer:

1. Fats food
– Fat from processed foods, such as donuts, cookies, crackers, fried foods, and packaged pastries, increases the risk of breast cancer for women.  The vegetables and fruits are much better to eat as they lower the risk of developing breast cancers.

2. Sweet foods
– Eating sugary foods such as desserts, sugar, and sweetened beverages is not good and it can also have a chance for breast cancer.  A study in the journal Cancer Causes and Control showed that women who are overly sugary are at a 27% increased risk of breast cancer.

The sweets provide high levels of refined carbohydrates along with blood sugar to force a body to release insulin.  When insulin levels are high, it encourages the growth of cancer cells, which results in an increase in estrogen that promotes breast cancer initiation.

3. Vegetable Oil
– It contains high amounts of polyunsaturated fats that can raise cancer and promote oxidation in the body.  Sunflowers, soybeans, safflower and corn oil are among these.

4. Grilled meat
– Grilled meats promote the development of heterocyclic amines (HCAs) in which mutagenic cancer causes compounds.  Frying and boiling at high temperatures also produce HCAs in meat.

According to a report by the American Institute for Cancer Research, red meat consumption also increases the risk of colorectal and breast cancer. Grilled meat can also increase carcinogens.

5. Dairy
– When it comes to production management, most dairy farmers provide their milk produced from animals with all kinds of hormones and chemicals including rBGH.

Cow milk provides a high-level of insulin-treated with rBGH
such as growth factor-1 (IGF-1).  This is the hormone that naturally protects humans and regulates cell differentiation and dividing it.  Increasing IGF-1 levels is associated with an increased risk of breast cancer.

6. High-fat Animal Products
– Avoid having a fat diet as it will only increase estrogen and ppointtin levels which will give rise to cancer-dependent hormones such as endometrium and breast cancer.

Instead of consuming foods high in fat, it is best to eat fresh and organic fruits, vegetables, legumes and whole grains as these will help the body stay healthy, boost the immune system and also help to maintain and reducing the risk for breast cancer as much as possible.
