TESDA Regional Training Center–NCR Opens Applications for Mechatronics Servicing NC III Scholarship This August

Individuals looking to upgrade their technical skills in automation and industrial technology now have an opportunity to do so through the Mechatronics Servicing NC III Scholarship Program offered by the Regional Training Center–NCR (RTC-NCR) under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

The training center has officially opened the submission of requirements for its August training batch, providing qualified applicants with access to free technical training and industry-recognized certification.

Free Technical Training Through TESDA

The Mechatronics Servicing NC III program is designed to prepare trainees for careers involving industrial automation, electronics, robotics, and mechatronic systems. Graduates of the program can pursue opportunities in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, and automation industries both in the Philippines and abroad.

Participants accepted into the scholarship program can enjoy several benefits, including:

• Free TESDA training
• Free competency assessment
• Training allowance (subject to TESDA guidelines)
• Training Certificate
• National Certificate (NC III) upon successful assessment

The program has a nominal duration of 185 training hours, combining classroom instruction with practical hands-on activities.

August Batch Now Accepting Applicants

TESDA RTC-NCR announced that applications are now being accepted for the August batch.

Training Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Applicants should note that they must already possess a Mechatronics Servicing NC II Certificate to qualify for the NC III scholarship program.

Documentary Requirements

Interested applicants are encouraged to prepare the following documents:

• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
• Diploma or Transcript of Records (High School or College)
• Photocopy of Barangay or NBI Clearance
• Photocopy of one valid government-issued ID with three specimen signatures
• Medical Certificate or Breast Health Certificate
• Two (2) recent 1×1 ID photos with white background and formal attire

Applicants are advised to submit complete and accurate documents to avoid delays during evaluation.
