Three Filipino nationals have been detained in Hukuo, Taiwan in connection with a drug-related case, authorities confirmed. The suspects are currently under investigation at the Hukuo Police Station.
According to reports, law enforcement seized more than 50 grams of shabu (methamphetamine) from the suspects. Authorities also indicated that the individuals may face multiple charges, linked to fraud, money laundering, drug pushing, and drug use.
Details regarding the full circumstances of the arrest have not yet been disclosed. Local police emphasized that due process will be observed, and the suspects will face charges in accordance with Taiwan’s strict drug laws.
