Subalit ayon sa Pangulo ay maaring mabago ang sitwasyon anumang oras dahil sa banta ng Delta variant na kung saan ang mga karatig bansa sa Asya ay nakakaranas ng Outbreak.

Sa kabila ng nararanasan nating pandemya ay nanawagan ang Pangulo na magkaisa upang labanan ang pagkalat ng COVID-19 virus.

Ayon sa pangulo, sa pagbaba sa alert level 2 ay mahalaga pa rin pagsusuot ng face mask, social distancing, at magtulungan ang bawat isa.
