What is menstrual cramps?
Menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea) are throbbing or cramping pains in the lower abdomen.Many women have menstrual cramps just before and during their menstrual periods.For some women,the discomforts is merely annoying.
Menstruation – is the process of discharging of blood comes out from the vagina. It’s a normal cycle for a woman every month. The female body prepares for pregnancy of which having menstruation period is a sign of no pregnancy. It last up to 2 to 7 days of bleeding, the normal cycle has 28 days but to others, 21 to 35 days depends on how the hormones from the body called estrogen and progesterone. This process is the way of the uterus to release waste from it through the vagina. The color might varies from dark red, pink and brown. Having a period every month is a normal cycle for reproduction organ for women.
    Cramps on lower belly and lower back and bloating of the stomach is a sign of period. Women may feel un comfortable to their body, and due to it, they have mood swings which their emotion levels increase. A cramps is the contracts of the uterus lining, other experience diarrhea, acid level, and nausea. The female body feels weak when having the period. In other cases, it might be feeling pain due to the level of prostaglandins that trigger the muscles of the uterus to contract. Other cases might be having Endometriosis, the bad period that might affect the level of fertility. Having discomfort is also  a normal reaction of the body.
     Did you know that stress is one factor of irregular menstruation cycle? Because the level of hormones changes smoking, too much drinking, too much work can cause thyroid glands problem and PCOS are some reason of having an uncomfortable period. Diet is the most important factor to have a good cycle. Too much fatty foods and cholesterol in take may have bad effects on the process of menstruation. The smell of your blood that comes out might have big factors. If you feel unusual diatomic you might consult with your doctor. Having such pain sometimes indicate a big problem inside your uterus other might have cervical cancer. The doctor knows some treatment for it.
  
Remedies for Pain
      Hot compress helps to relieve this pain and a slight stretching for your pelvic. Rest is the best way to relax your body when having a period. Dark chocolate helps to relieve such pain and sleeping. You can put ointment and massage your belly or lower back, so your body would be relaxed.
Drinking herbal like turmeric might help, eating fresh papayas, pineapple helps to have a normal period. Must be hydrated by drinking warm water it helps to relax your hormones.
The best way to to do when you have too much pain is to visit your gynecologist so they will check if it’s normal or you have a problem.
Avoid bad habits so you can have a healthy body.
