The latest Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) filings of Philippine senators reveal that Senator Mark Villar remains the wealthiest member of the Senate, with a declared net worth of ₱1,201,337,817.00 as of October 28, 2025.

Close behind is Senator Raffy Tulfo, who reported a net worth of ₱1,052,977,100.00, followed by his brother, Senator Erwin Tulfo, with ₱497,003,425.13.

Rounding out the top five are Senate Minority Leader Migz Zubiri at ₱431,779,401.92, and Senator Camille Villar with ₱362,073,052.00.

Meanwhile, Senators Ping Lacson and Robin Padilla reported similar figures, at ₱244,940,509.60 and ₱244,042,908.57, respectively. Senator Jinggoy Estrada followed with ₱221,218,595.15, while Senator Lito Lapid declared ₱202,036,375.68.

Former Senate President Tito Sotto listed ₱188,868,123.40, Senator JV Ejercito reported ₱137,073,459.63, and Senator Pia Cayetano declared ₱128,294,965.73 in assets.

Political observers note that the Villar family continues to dominate the list, with both Mark and Camille Villar among the top five wealthiest senators — underscoring their long-standing business and real estate interests.

Meanwhile, the Tulfo brothers’ inclusion in the top three highlights the financial success of their media ventures prior to entering public office.

The SALN serves as a transparency mechanism for public officials to declare their assets and liabilities, ensuring accountability under the law.
