Qualifications:
- Male, 25–49 years old, physically fit with good English communication skills
- At least a High School Graduate with a minimum of three years’ recent experience in metal structure manufacturing or a related field
- Must hold a valid TESDA NC II certification in GMAW or be willing to obtain one
- Demonstrated experience in MAG/MIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications)
