Authorities confirmed that the scooter rider violated multiple traffic regulations, including:

  • Driving without license plates: fine of NT$1,200–3,600

  • Dangerous driving: fine of NT$300–1,200

  • Riding without a helmet: fine of NT$300

The total possible fine for these violations amounts to NT$5,100.
