City Employment Center started its service in 1994 training and deploying domestic helpers to Hong Kong and Singapore. CECI created a work force which made sure of the applicants competitiveness in Chinese culture and Chinese cooking, proper house cleaning and maintenance, Mandarin and Cantonese language.

Mahigpit na bilin ng ating Gobyerno at ng mga Pribadong Ahensya na wala dapat makikipagtransaksyon sa labas ng opisina. Lahat ng mga lehitimong ahensya ay hindi nakikipagtransaksyon sa bayaran sa kahit na anong Remittance Centers o labas ng opisina.
Huwag magbigay ng mga personal na dokumento sa Agent o hindi lehitimong ahensya upang hindi magamit sa masama ang iyong personal identity.

At karagdagan impormasyon ang mga papuntang Taiwan ay wala pong Language training o anu pa man. At ang tanging may Language Training ay bansang Japan lang at Korea.
Huwag magpapauto sa Direct Hiring na hindi dumadaan sa tamang proseso at ahensya, “Line up” na pangako na agad basta magbayad ng downpayment o pinangakuan ng medical agad, SCAM po yan mga Ka-Buddy.
Bago magbigay ng impormasyon o pera sa ka transaksyon ay ipagbigay alam muna o tanungin ang ahensya kung awtorisado nga ba nila ang nasabing tao.
