Philippines – November 15, 2025 – Former Ako Bicol Representative Zaldy Co released images showing what he claims were suitcases of cash delivered to President Bongbong Marcos and former House Speaker Martin Romualdez. According to Co, the deliveries were made to locations ranging from Forbes Park to Malacañang.
The former lawmaker shared the photos in the second part of his video message, in which he alleged that President Marcos had ordered a P100-billion insertion in the 2025 national budget.
Authorities have not yet verified the claims made by Co.
