A carton of chocolate milk purchased from a vending machine in New Taipei for just NT$15 turned into a life-changing fortune after winning the NT$10 million Special Prize in Taiwan’s July–August uniform invoice lottery.
According to the Ministry of Finance, a total of 17 receipts won the Special Prize worth NT$10 million, while another 17 receipts claimed the Grand Prize of NT$2 million. Notably, several winning tickets came from small everyday purchases under NT$100, including a NT$36 beverage bought in Yilan.
In addition, the First Prize, which can award up to NT$200,000, and other smaller tier prizes will also be available for redemption. Winners may claim their prizes from October 6, 2025, to January 5, 2026 at designated financial institutions.
